The Adams Family... It's Official!!

Our first family picture!! This picture was taken the afternoon of our final adoption hearing. It is now official! Little Samuel Mark is stuck with us for good! ;-) We're so happy & love him so much already!

This picture was taken in the hospital room, since Sam wasn't able to be released until Saturday morning. He had to stay for 48 hours, just to make sure he was all better (see previous post). That's why we all look so exhausted!!
